With the principle “Doing business along with protecting the environment to lead to stable development”, GSV continue making efforts to sponsor the program “10th Recycle Day” in 2017 held on 9th Apr, 2017 in Culture-Labor Center in Ho Chi Minh City by Department of Natural Resource and Environment in order to raise people’s knowledge on environmental protection.
Coming to “10th Recycle Day’ with theme “Stable consuming and producing for a green future”, GSV is one of sponsors of “Recycle Day”, sponsors 2000 pcs hats, 2000 pcs hand-fan and 20 mil VND by cash. GSV’ booth attracted more than 400 visitors and challenged with the game show. Besides, GSV held to collect discarded batteries from the consumers to exchange interesting gifts such as helmet, raincoat, school bag…and encourage to press “like” to get GSV’s gift.
For GSV, this “Recycle Day” program is not only practical activity as Decision No. 16/2015/QD-TTg stipulated on collecting discarded products, but also contribute to propagandize environmental protection awareness by using battery rightly to increase the longevity, reduce discarded products into the environment and classifying discarded batteries rightly in order to bring to legal collection places and treat and recycle legally.
“Small action but great meaning”, GSV hopes to continue contributing to extend green (environmental protection) message to everyone and making more effort for living environment today and in the future.
